Guests will be required to pay the full accommodation fee if cancelling less than 42 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations will be subject to the following forfeiture policy:

More than 21 days before arrival 10% of booking value with a minimum of R50-00.

From 15 up to 30 days before arrival – 50% of booking value;

From 8 up to 14 days before arrival – 75% of booking value;

Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of booking value.

No shows and early check outs will be subject to the following forfeiture policy:

No show, departing after check in / after arrival at the property – 100% of booking value.

Early departure – 100% of booking value.

All rooms are non-smoking/ Check in from 3pm – Check out by 11am/ Visa & MasterCard Accepted

MINOR/ CHILD POLICY
THIS POLICY APPLIES TO PERSONS FROM THE AGE OF 0 TO 11 YEARS OF AGE

Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.

Children 0-2 years (sharing room with either 1 or 2 adults):

are accommodated in a cot at an additional cost of R80, inclusive of breakfast

are accommodated depending on availability of cots and rooms

Children 3-11 years (sharing room with 2 adults):

Children can be accommodated depending on the availability of cots and roll-away beds. The rate is R524 children 2-11 & R488 children 12–18.

Children are not permitted in the bar area.

Children occupying their own room will be charged at the applicable room rate.

Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child.

Rooms accommodating children sharing with parents can accommodate a maximum of 2

Cot and 1 roll-away bed/sleeper sofa (Available in select rooms only)

Childminding facilities are available at an additional cost, by prior arrangement only.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

FOOD ALLERGIES
At Cloud 9 our menu offerings are subject to change and may use ingredients containing common food allergens such as peanuts and other tree nuts, seafood including fish, molluscs and crustacea, wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, alcohol and sulphites.

We advise that you should always indicate to your waiter of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies, regardless of whether you are a returning guest or not.

Where possible, our staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, due to the hand crafted nature of menu items the variety of procedures used in our kitchens and that the farming, handling and transportation of food items prior to their arrival in our kitchens is beyond our control we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.

The information provided on our website and in our restaurants should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes.
